iMove Estate Agents was established in March 2018 and we are looking to welcome to our team an in-house property manager to be based at a development we manage in Torquay. The right candidate will be someone passionate, enthusiastic, hardworking and career driven.
Your role would briefly comprise:
- Act as the main point of contact in daily operations and management of the development
- Provide excellent customer service to residents
- Handle resident enquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records and files related to property management
The right candidate will need to meet the following criteria:
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in office administration tasks, including data entry and filing
- Ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational abilities
