An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Development Project Coordinator to join our thriving UK medical manufacturing company, to work within our expanding Technical and Development Department.

This role will require working as part of a team developing new and existing respiratory care products, reporting to the Development Project Leader.

The successful candidate will be coordinating development projects, from product conception, through to commercialisation, and then into production support. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting both administratively and technically liaising with Project Teams to support and assist with project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• To co-ordinate material change projects
• To liaise with external material suppliers and test houses
• To organise and co-ordinate injection moulding and extrusion trials
• To manage component/product evaluations and data analysis
• To compile and maintain relevant regulatory documentation in accordance with ISO standards/medical regulations
• Support transfer to production
• Post market support in the form of compliance statements and tender support documentation
• To learn new skills, adapt to new methodologies and develop an in-depth knowledge of our product portfolio and the respiratory device industry.

Essential Experience/Qualifications:

• A degree (or equivalent), preferably in a science related field

Desirable Experience/Qualifications:

• Knowledge and understanding of ISO standards/medical regulations
• Knowledge and understanding of respiratory device industry
• Training will be provided but experience in relevant disciplines will be an advantage

• Able to function in a highly regulated environment with a focus on compliance

Hours of Work:

• 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
• 09:00am – 17:30pm (flexibility can be given to the right candidate)
• Based at the Wokingham Head Office, with occasional travel to attend trials, training, exhibitions and conferences .
