DevOps Engineer - £500.00 per day Outside IR35 - 3 Days Hybrid - SC Required

Day Rate: £450.00 - £500.00 per day (Outside IR35)

Duration: 12 Months (long term project extensions likely)

Office Location: Bristol (Hybrid - Circa 3 days per week in the office)

Clearances: Active SC Clearance or eligible to gain.

A cutting-edge defence tech company, on a mission to leverage technological innovation for the greater good is looking for a DevOps Engineer on a contract basis for at least the next 12 months.

A great opportunity to work on the NEW complex AWS designs Amazon are publishing, you will support the team in architecting these cloud systems from the ground up.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Design, implement, and manage cloud-based infrastructure on AWS
  • Experience with Infrastructure as code (IaC)
  • Terraform
  • Docker and containerization technologies
  • Version control systems (preferably Git)
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment of applications
  • Monitor and ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of applications
  • Implement security best practices and maintain compliance with industry standards

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience implementing IDAM
  • Programming experience using Python
  • CDK & Cloud Formation experience
