DevOps Engineer / Platform Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) AWS

My client is looking for a DevOps Engineer, who will play a critical role in developing and maintaining their infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security. working closely with dev and operation team. Someone with a deep understanding in both would be ideal.

Role: DevOps Engineer

Location: Hybrid, 2 days per week on site (Ireland)

Length: 6 month Rolling Contract

Industry: Finance (Banking)

Must Have:

• A minimum of 4 years' DevOps experience
• Expertise in Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef with 5+ years of experience.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, and tools like CloudFormation, ARM Templates.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Perl, Ruby, shell scripting with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift
• Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, Bitbucket Pipelines, Atlassian tools, and CI/CD processes
• Understanding of SSL/TLS, cryptography, and compliance with 5+ years of experience ensuring secure and compliant infrastructure.
• VMware Knowledge
