Dietitian- Band 5

Location: Chelsea

Start Date: ASAP End Date: (subject to review)

Hours: 8:30 - 4:30 Full time- (would consider part time depending on experience)

Adult Dietitan with experience in:

  • Desirable - Knowledge of System One and Nerve Centre
  • Inpatient ward cover.
  • Oral and enteral feeding patients

  • Facilitate discharges of nutrition support and enterally fed patients.

  • Routine outpatient clinic.

  • HCPC Regisration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work indpendently and as part of a multidisciplinary team multidisciplinary
  • Comitment to providing high quality patient care
