Are you a HCPC Registered Dietitian with Adult experience?

Service Care Solutions are working with Croydon Health Services NHS Trust to recruit a Band 5 Dietitian in the Croydon area. This is a specialist service supporting Adults with various mental and physical conditions and who have been referred to the dietetic department across Acute, Community and Mental Health Services. The duration of this contract is for 12-weeks with the likelihood of extension.

Pay Rate: £20.00 LTD p/h + £250 SCS Welcome Bonus
Hours: 3 Days | 22.5hrs
Location: Croydon

Job Purpose - Band 7 Dietitian
Key Responsibilities:

• To provide a high-quality specialist dietetic service to patients on medical, adult and elderly wards and clinics.
• Deliver group sessions and individual sessions
• To support other qualified staff in the management and execution of clinical practice. Working in a Multi-Disciplinary Team, liaising with all members to advise on treatment and dietary management for patients and their families/carers.
• To carry out duties delegated and supervised by the accountable and responsible dietitians.
• To provide a high standard of care, formulating, delivering and reviewing dietic treatment.
• To manage own caseload of patients who require ongoing management and support with complex mental health needs.

Essential:

• Degree or equivalent in Dietetics, accredited by the British Dietetic Association
• HCPC Registration
• NHS experience working within Dietetics
