If you’re passionate about working outdoors, we could have the perfect role for you. Our in-house Grounds Team is based at Eccle Riggs Hall on the edge of Broughton-in-Furness. We look after our own grounds, which includes private gardens, woodland and parkland spanning a 900-acre estate in this beautiful part of the Lake District. It’s a growing team and we’d love you to be part of it.

We’re looking for a full-time Digger Driver to join our grounds team to work on some very exciting landscaping projects across our Estate. Our machine operators are currently working on a variety of projects, from creating ponds and wetlands, to installing drainage and maintaining our estate roads and car parks — if this sounds right up your street, we’d love to hear from you.

So, who are we looking for?

Naturally, you’ll need a driving licence and the relevant tickets, but you’ll also need to have:

- a keen eye for detail (take real pride in your work)
- a flexible and positive attitude
- great customer service skills
