Digital Adjuster

As a Digital Loss Adjuster, you will be assigned a range of Domestic and Commercial losses up to £100,000 in value, to work with customers and clients utilising clients digital tools to find the best route of settlement to their claim. These can vary in complexity so it's essential that you'll put yourself in the shoes of the policy holder, appreciate each situation differently, by investigating each claim with tact and a calm manner, establishing the facts, policy details and working towards a resolution.

The role will be home based with occasional travel required depending on business needs.

The role would ideally suit an adjuster who enjoys desk investigations with limited visits on site, but who enjoys providing solutions and has a keen interest in the development of technology. Previous Loss Adjusting or complex high value claims handling experience is preferable for this role. Additionally, it would be beneficial to be working towards professional qualifications and have excellent communication and IT skills.
