Digital Assistant (Freelance/Remote) at Photoplan Bookings

Photoplan Bookings seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Assistant to join our dynamic team remotely. The ideal candidate will support our photography, floor plans, 360 virtual tours, lease plans, and video editing services. This role involves assisting with photo editing, creating accurate floor plans, managing 360 virtual tours, Virtual staging and editing videos. • Photo Editing:

  • Edit and enhance photographs to meet high-quality standards.
  • Correct colour, exposure, and other elements to ensure professional-grade images.
  • Retouch photos to remove blemishes, adjust lighting, and improve overall aesthetics.

• Floor Plans:

  • Create detailed and accurate floor plans based on provided measurements and sketches.
  • Use appropriate software to draft and finalise floor plans for client approval.
  • Ensure all floor plans are to scale and meet client specifications.

• 360 Virtual Tours:

  • Assemble and edit 360-degree images to create immersive virtual tours.
  • Ensure seamless transitions between scenes and high-quality visuals.
  • Upload and manage virtual tours on appropriate platforms.

• Video Editing:

  • Edit and produce high-quality videos for promotional and client purposes.
  • Add effects, graphics, music, and other elements to enhance video content.
  • Collaborate with the team to understand video project requirements and objectives.
  • Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and client specifications.

• Administrative Support:

  • Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates.
  • Manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery of all services.
  • Maintain organised records of all projects and client communications.

• Proven experience in photo editing, preferably in a professional or freelance capacity.
• Proficiency in photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Experience with CAD software or other floor plan creation tools.
• Familiarity with 360-degree photography and virtual tour creation.
• Understanding of lease plan requirements and drafting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven experience in video editing with proficiency in video editing software.
• Reliable internet connection and appropriate equipment for remote work.

• Background in photography, videography, architecture, or a related field.
• Previous experience working remotely in a similar role.
