Digital Automation Manager

We are representing an Award-winning business in the women’s healthcare sector looking for an ambitious Digital Marketing Manager. Our client is one the most trusted advisors in the country for women’s healthcare and their company values are why they are at the top of their sector.

Our client is looking for someone who is analytical and passionate about marketing technology and is an automation expert who can develop and manage a top-notch strategy for email automation across the UK. In this role, you'll focus on generating leads and increasing revenue while ensuring a strong return on investment. You’ll also work on the Digital side including Paid Social and PPC campaigns with the support of external agencies. To succeed, you’ll need expert knowledge in the digital marketing field, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities of the Digital Automation Manager:

• Overseeing the Marketing activity - making sure that campaigns contribute towards wider business goals
• Manage and executive CRM campaigns and automation.
• Ownership of paid media channels (Paid Social and PPC) on Google Ads
• Take control and optimise the customer's journey and understand their trigger points.
• Create new proposals for customer acquisition and CRM techniques
• Monitor the overall CRM performance and health on HubSpot
• Managed weekly and monthly reporting and offer recommendations of your results and prioritise and implement plans moving forward.

Requirements:

• 3+ years working in CRM and Email Marketing
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels such as Paid Social and PPC
• Experience implementing integrations and automation between CRM systems and other platforms.
• Previously worked with HubSpot or equivalent and Google Ads Manager
• Interest and/or experience in the healthcare and wellness industry
• Able to commute to London City Centre minimum twice a week
