About this role:
As the Business Manager for a new venture within the company, you will lead the development of the new stand-alone business through product launch and growth.
The digital product will be launched, in conjunction with major TV and radio broadcasters and on social media with a significant marketing budget.
Your job will be to manage the business through launch and growth phases; to recruit and lead the team; to manage relationships with partners and you will be accountable to the Board of Directors and investing partners.
The digital product relies on the maximisation of initial sales and ongoing subscriptions.
You will manage a team of experts in marketing, CRM, digital product development and data analysis, financial control and customer experience. You will have the support of a technical team with experience in this area and corporate partners.

It provides innovative competition platforms for Global radio and ITV (with its joint venture Neon Cube) and develops interactive quiz shows.

About the Team:
You would be joining a new start-up team within the established business to launch a new consumer-facing online product. The team will consist of experts in different fields who will work together in a new team of 10 people, with the support of a big business. The team will act like a mini business in its own right
