Our client has an exciting opportunity for a tech-savvy and proactive Digital Content Administrator to join their dynamic in-house e-commerce team, which sits within the Marketing Department.

They are a premier distributor of high-quality products. Driven by a passion for their sector and a commitment to excellence, they are dedicated to providing exceptional products and services to customers.

The Digital Content Administrator will play a crucial role in enhancing and creating product data and content across their B2B and B2C websites to drive sales through all channels. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a keen eye for detail

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and update content within a CMS for e-commerce platforms.

• Identify and escalate performance or UX issues through ticketing systems.

• Collaborate with Brand Managers to ensure comprehensive product data.

• Utilise writing skills to create and update on-site content.

• Coordinate SEO efforts across products, categories, and content pages.

• Work closely with the wider e-commerce and marketing teams to meet project deadlines.

• Oversee B2B customer support messages via telephone or email as needed.

• Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the department

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in digital marketing or e-commerce.

• Proficiency with Content Management Systems (experience with Magento 2 is advantageous).

• Basic knowledge of Photoshop and HTML is preferred.

• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage schedules effectively.

• Comfortable working independently in a busy environment.

• Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Eagerness to learn and develop skills and knowledge.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Basic SQL knowledge (preferred but not essential).

• Competency in Excel, including data manipulation using VLOOKUPS and other basic formulas

(preferred but not essential).
