Our leading financial services client have an exciting new senior leadership position for a Digital Technology Leader, who will lead the overall accountability for leading and delivering the end-to-end Technology Product and Service Outcomes to support the long-term strategic direction. You'll be responsible for driving the concept of digitalisation and automating technologies to support the service and operational systems across the bank. With a blend of strong product, technology, and commercial expertise to drive Products and Service through innovation and incubation of solutions for our internal customers through effective senior stakeholder relationship management, and Technology team leadership to drive successful Product and Service Outcomes into live operation and ensure ongoing maintenance.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience of leading Technology Engineering teams.
  • Innovative mindset with a focus on driving value through technology solutions.
  • Digital leadership experience, this role will be responsible for 10 direct reports (approx. 40- indirect)
  • Oversee end-to-end outcome delivery for retail and operational functions.
  • Curate and implement automation and service technology solutions.
  • Manage large-scale programs and projects, working closely with business and engineering teams.
  • Drive automation initiatives to support service and operational systems within the retail bank.
  • Evidence of working across cultures and locations in a complex, matrix organisation with colleagues from across regions
