What will your day look like?
- Supporting the HR Business Manager in overseeing day to day HR related activity
- Using the system Calendly to schedule meetings with internal/external people
- Using collaborative technology such as SharePoint to ensure that employee personnel files are maintained and up to date
- Maintain Digital HR logs, across HR platforms ensuring accuracy, maintenance and positive action and outcomes as a result
- Attend meetings as a minute taker, taking well-constructed minutes where required, compiling action points and following up as necessary
- Support HR tasks such as using Office 365 Word, ensuring HR related letters are accurate and completed and issued
- Developing up to date industry knowledge and expertise through professional accreditation and courses where required
Required skills:
- You will have a polite and professional manner with a mature outlook
- National 5 qualifications in subjects such as English, Maths, Business, Admin & IT
- Computer literacy and the ability to use Microsoft packages
- Experience in working in a team and providing customer service
Salary:
£22,308 per annum
Working hours:
37.5 hours per week across 7 days between 7am - 10pm

Starting with insights into your current potential, they plan your growth in a programmatic way, close skills gaps with immersive training and ensure what you learn is applicable to what you do. They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.
On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
