Digital Marketing Apprentice

APPRENTICE DIGITAL MARKETING ASSISSTANT - RECRUITMENT SECTOR

This role is to provide recruitment marketing support to the team of Consultants alongside an experienced Compliance Officer, to ensure an efficient and accurate recruitment audiences are reached and targeted each day.

This will involve prioritising workload and accommodating changing business demands while ensuring a timely and accurate service is provided to company employees and job applicants.

The successful candidate would work with our existing marketing framework, to maintain excellent engagement and bring fresh ideas for social media and digital marketing presence online, to reach clients from schools and education settings in the area.

The office is based in Newton Abbot, but Somerset education Alliance serves all of Somerset, Bath, Bristol as well as parts of Dorset and Wiltshire too. Other duties within the role includes making telephone calls, answering the phone and dealing with enquiries, especially relating to online marketing and promotional emails.

Duties include (but aren’t limited to):

• Updating the team on Google analytics activity
• Keeping websites updated daily
• Completing reports from our influence software to help streamline company processes
• Ideas generation and planning for all social media platforms, including TikTok
• Updating social media platforms daily
• Review, monitor and analyse online activity
• Create email marketing materials
• Identifying and targeting target audiences
• Identifying opportunities for marketing opportunities, both online and in print

In order to understand the unique context of our business, candidates will also be taught the following:

• Sending teacher confirmations
• Taking & filling bookings and sending confirmations to schools
• Answering phones and actioning phone calls
• Creating physical marketing materials including pop in packs and mailers
• Sending messages to teachers and replying to messages on the company phone system
