Role Overview:

We are looking for a Digital Content Executive to enhance our brand presence, drive lead generation, and execute high-quality marketing campaigns across 5V Tech, 5V Video, and 5V Media. This role requires a creative thinker who thrives on content creation, social media engagement, and storytelling to drive brand awareness and commercial success.

You will be responsible for managing and executing marketing initiatives that directly contribute to revenue growth by engaging audiences, converting leads, and positioning 5Values and its sub-brands as a market leader. Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Social Media Management - assist in the development of content strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok to drive engagement and brand awareness, and monitor, engage, and respond to our online communities.
• Helping to plan, create, and post engaging video, graphic, and written content that aligns with our brand voice and industry trends.
• Act as the marketing voice of 5V Tech, 5V Video, and 5V Media, ensuring brand consistency across all content and campaigns and find innovative ways to showcase our services, achievements, and success stories to position us as industry leaders.
• Keep up with industry and cultural trends to create topical, engaging, and shareable content that resonates with our audiences.
• Assist in execution of marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads for our business units. Work closely with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with consultants to optimise job advert performance and increase applications through compelling and targeted content. Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximise conversions and impact.
• Marketing Campaign Execution - help to drive email marketing campaigns, ensuring strong messaging and engagement.
• Develop creative and data-driven campaigns that drive awareness, interaction, and business growth.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Strong knowledge of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn) and their functions, trends, and algorithms.

• Experience in content creation, including video editing (TikTok / Reels), graphic design (Canva).
• Passion for storytelling and brand-building, with a keen eye for creative execution and an enthusiasm to help track and analyse marketing performance, using insights to optimise content and strategy.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences and highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Entry Requirements:

• 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
• Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
