Due to continued success and growth, this established organisation is recruiting for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join their small team in this newly created role. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate extensive Digital Marketing experience and will drive improvements for digital engagement and promotions to customers, develop and deliver campaigns and take an active role in identifying opportunities, proposing solutions and driving these forward within the business ensuring successful delivery.

This is a full time permanent role working on a hybrid basis

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and successfully deliver the digital engagement and promotion strategy to customers, brokers and retailers
  • Develop, own and deliver the associated performance marketing reporting, make data- driven recommendations and implement subsequent improvements
  • Generate ideas and engaging content for ongoing email, website and social media activity
  • Develop,implement and manage the expansion of targeted email activity to support acquisition and retention objectives
  • Manage and undertake updates to existing product communications, marketing materials (both on and off line) and promotional activities, make recommendations for and develop new material as required
  • Monitor market and competitor activity, provide insight on activity and market trends, and make recommendations where appropriate
  • Identify and lead on activities which contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives
  • Lead the delivery of website content and functionality updates, and website-related projects

Skills:

Strong Digital Marketing skills including knowledge/experience of:

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Google Analytics
  • Developing and owning performance marketing reporting
  • Broad marketing experience
  • Experience of writing copy and producing a broad range of marketing collateral

You will ideally have some knowledge of:

  • Google ads, paid search and SEO
  • Competent in the use of design software packages eg Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, plus video production software
  • Management of business related LinkedIn account
