Digital Marketing Executive

MCR Property Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our vibrant marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation for both residential and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.

• Optimise website content for maximum visibility and ranking in the major search engines.

• Create engaging content for various platforms to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and network users.

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using pre-defined KPIs.

• Manage online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.

• Stay updated with emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team.

• Collaborate with designers to improve user experience and ensure brand consistency.

• Handle social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.

• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.

• Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM.

• Working knowledge of ad serving tools.

• Skills and experience in creative content writing.

• Analytical mindset and critical thinking.

• Hubspot CRM

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field.

• 2+ years of experience
