- Campaign Management: Plan and implement paid media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn and other relevant channels to promote conference attendance and generate leads.
- Email Marketing: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including crafting compelling content, segmenting audiences, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and relevant content tailored to our target audience, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using digital analytics tools, providing regular reports and actionable insights to inform future strategies.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing strategies to keep our campaigns innovative and effective.
Profile
- Proven experience in digital marketing within the conference or events sector, with a focus on delegate sales.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing paid media campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn, and executing successful email marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing software and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
