We are working with a leading Professional Services firm based in Manchester, who are looking to add a Digital Marketing Manager to their well established Marketing team. The firm has over 500 employees across different sites, the role will report into the Head of Marketing. They offer hybrid working, enhanced annual leave + bank holidays, amongst various other benefits & perks.

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the execution of digital, SEO, and digital acquisition projects and campaigns to enhance the client acquisition while ensuring consistent and accurate brand representation across all digital channels. This person will also be responsible for line managing a junior member in the team.

The role:

  • Accountable for the performance of digital campaigns, ensuring they meet the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the Marketing Director, while making optimisations as needed.

  • Collaborate closely with the firm’s digital agency to plan, implement, and assess website campaigns, PPC, and onsite content.

  • Carry out the firm's digital marketing strategy.

  • Continuously develop and improve the UX across their sites.

  • Leverage the company’s in-house CRM system for digital campaigns.

The person:

  • B2B background but ideally professional services in the financial or legal sector.

  • Proven expertise in all aspects of digital marketing.

  • Prior experience in managing digital campaigns across all platforms and overseeing social media.

  • Previous experience of managing junior members.
