The Role

As the Digital Marketing Operations Director, Central Services, you will play a pivotal role within our Central Brand, Marketing, and Communication team, integral to the broader Marketing and Business Development function across all five regions. This role demands strategic leadership in implementing and managing Norton Rose Fulbright’s digital marketing technologies globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the firm's digital marketing technology stack across all NRF regions.
  • Provide strategic guidance on marketing technology, including the firm's intranet.
  • Oversee the firm's website for optimal user experience and search engine performance.
  • Assist in selecting marketing technology tools.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.
  • Advise on the firm-wide MarTech data strategy and provide performance analysis.
  • Lead configuration and operation of existing platforms, collaborating with suppliers.
  • Promote a continuous improvement approach for the MarTech stack.
  • Ensure adherence to data privacy and other regulations within the firm's MarTech stack.
  • Mentor and develop regional digital marketing teams.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Extensive operational and strategic experience with core marketing platforms.
  • Previous leadership roles in digital marketing within professional service firms, ideally in the legal sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related discipline.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing digital marketing roadmaps.
  • Ability to manage significant change and project management activities across teams and geographies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of emerging MarTech landscape and expertise in analytics.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Sitecore, Vuture, MS365, InterAction, SEMRush, and more.
  • Expertise in data management fundamentals and GDPR compliance.
  • Proactive problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
