Our growing client in Cosham, a leader in their sector, are recruiting a Digital Marketing Performance Executive to join them on a permanent basis.

In this exciting role, you'll drive growth and maximise performance across a broad suite of direct-to-consumer digital channels. You'll craft high-impact campaigns, leverage marketing automation, optimize conversions, and manage SEO and website performance.

What you'll be doing:

  • Create & optimise performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Analyse & report on key metrics like CPC, CPA, and ROAS to make data-driven decisions.
  • Boost Conversions through A/B testing, CRO strategies, and user journey enhancements.
  • Automate & nurture leads via email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing.
  • Segment & Target audiences to deliver personalised, high-converting campaigns.
  • Manage Budgets to ensure maximum ROI across all platforms.
  • Enhance SEO & website performance by optimising content, tracking rankings, and ensuring best practices.

What we're looking for:

  • Digital marketing expertise with hands-on experience in paid media, SEO, CRO, and automation.
  • Skilled in platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience in SEO platforms like Ahrefs and Semrush, and website management using CMS platforms such as WordPress and Drupal.
  • Data-driven, with a passion for experimentation, optimization, and continuous improvement.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-moving, results-oriented environment.

Beneficial experience could include:

  • Experience in Marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.
  • Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress and Drupal.
  • SEO platforms such as Ahrefs and Semrush.
  • Analytics & Tracking tools like Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager.
  • CRO tools like Hotjar, VWO, and FullStory

Salary & Benefits:

A competitive starting salary of 35k plus a comprehensive range of benefits that include:
