Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in email marketing, HubSpot, LinkedIn prospecting, video marketing, social media management, backlink acquisition, and SEO. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker, self-starter, and data-driven marketer who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Marketing: work with the BDM.

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using HubSpot.
  • Monitor and analyse email campaign performance, providing actionable insights.

HubSpot Management: Work with BDM and Head of Customer Success

  • Use HubSpot for CRM, marketing automation, and lead nurturing.
  • Use FlyTask workflows, manage contact lists, and track campaign performance.
  • Optimise HubSpot usage to enhance lead generation and customer engagement.

LinkedIn Prospecting: Work with BDM

  • Generate high-quality leads by prospecting on LinkedIn.
  • Execute plan to acquire strategic partners.

Video Content Creation: work with the likes of, brandbassador.com

  • Promote brand awareness and engagement: Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.
  • Analyse video performance and optimise content for better reach and engagement and report to BMD

Social Media Management:

  • Manage the creation and posting of content across social media platforms.
  • Develop a content calendar and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities for weekly reporting to BDM.

Affiliate Marketing: work with BMD.

  • Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs.
  • Identify and recruit new affiliates to drive traffic and sales.
  • Monitor affiliate performance and optimise the program to maximise ROI.

Backlink Acquisition:

  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks.
  • Conduct outreach to relevant websites and influencers.
  • Track and report on backlink performance and impact on SEO to BDM.

SEO Management:

  • Utilise SEMrush to manage and optimise our SEO efforts.
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and competitor analysis.
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance, providing recommendations for improvement to BDM.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in email marketing and HubSpot management.
  • Strong skills in LinkedIn prospecting and lead generation.
  • Proficiency TikTok and YouTube video marketing
  • Experience in managing social media content and campaigns.
  • Knowledge of backlink acquisition strategies and SEO best practices.
  • Familiarity with SEMrush or similar SEO tools.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a demanding environment.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience
  • Experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in B2B marketing.
