Digital Officer

We are looking for a Web & Digital Officer to join a lovely, friendly team with hyrid working, 3 days from home! This incredible opportunity will focus on managing the day-to-day updates and continuous development of the company's website, optimising content performance, accessibility, and user journeys to deliver excellent digital experiences for the user. We are looking for a creative and innovative person with a passion for good website design and engaging digital communications. A willingness to work dynamically within a multi-disciplinary comms team.

Location : Hybrid 3 days from home. 2 days office (Kenilworth / Coventry)

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day operation of the website including regular updates, developments, content such as written content, high-quality photography & videos
• Support the business's digital communications, working with colleagues across the comms team
• Create, develop, and implement content and traffic-building activities that will deliver agreed online metrics (KPIs)
• Support the development and curation of stakeholder communications
• Monitor website forms, landing pages, inquiries & the marketing inbox
• SEO - Creating content for marketing campaigns checking keyword rankings
• Google Analytics - Help measure and analyze website
• performance
• Email marketing, working with the wider team to create digital communications
• Work with brand guidelines with logo, website content, etc

What we'd love to see

• Proven knowledge of web content management systems and digital publishing platforms
• Knowledge & experience with SEO & Google Ads
• Confident with data
• Knowledge of website development - including basic understanding of HTML
• A self motivated person who can work autonomously & part of a team
