We are currently recruiting for one of our trusted clients who are looking for a Digital Performance Analyst to join their team! This is an exciting new opportunity to work for a recognised leading company specialising in Retail and Digital E-commerce, they offer an outstanding experience for users by making their services/products easily accessible online, anywhere, anytime and on any device!

Key Responsibilities as a Digital Performance Analyst

  • Deliver inflight performance updates on digital channels and initiatives across desktop, mobile, and marketing campaigns, reporting directly to the Senior Digital Planning & Trading Manager.

Core Experience and Skills

  • Advanced expertise in Adobe Analytics or other digital analytics tools is required.
  • Good technical knowledge and understanding of tracking systems and websites.
  • Previous online marketing experience, understanding the interplay between different marketing channels and online merchandising.
  • Proven track record of digital performance analysis in an e-commerce team.
  • Experience in optimisation, particularly A/B testing, with Maxymiser experience being a plus.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
  • Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to articulate thoughts and recommendations clearly.
  • Perform deep-dive analysis of digital player journeys, opportunities, and issues.
  • Play a key role in supporting the team with the analysis of digital performance, commercial, and customer data.
  • Experience with SQL, Branch, and Qlik is a plus.
