Day to Day
- Lead the full digital marketing strategy across Ireland, owning planning, execution and optimisation
- Focus on performance across all digital channels including SEO, PPC, social, email and web
- Manage multi-channel campaigns that drive new business and support client retention
- Oversee the national website and ensure it's optimised for conversion and customer experience
- Collaborate with central teams (PPC, SEO, marketing automation, PR) to maximise impact
- Take responsibility for all Irish marketing activity and brand presence - online and offline
- Lead and develop a small, dynamic team with a focus on performance and growth
- Manage budgets, report on campaign ROI, and support commercial objectives
- Be the link between local marketing and the wider Group - ensuring alignment and innovation
- Ensure top-tier marketing collateral and brand consistency across all touchpoints
YOU?
- 5+ years in B2B marketing with proven success delivering growth through digital campaigns
- Expertise in SEO, PPC and lead generation with strong commercial acumen
- Previous team leadership experience and a collaborative management style
- A strategic thinker who thrives under pressure and meets tight deadlines
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Confident communicator who can work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
