Major Players are seeking a Senior Digital Project Manager to lead on web and multiplatform projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role is crucial in managing client expectations and navigating project opportunities and constraints from start to finish.

As a Senior Digital Project Manager at an innovative Digital Creative Agency, you'll be at the forefront of resource management, scheduling, and financial oversight

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management

  • Lead the full project lifecycle from briefing and resourcing to creative delivery.
  • Conduct internal scoping sessions to align on resources, schedules, assumptions, and costs.
  • Clarify project briefs and assess technical feasibility.
  • Partner with client services for seamless client communication, including project status, timelines, and budget updates.
  • Create detailed project documentation, such as user flows and requirements, to ensure quality work.
  • Implement risk management strategies to minimise project risks.
  • Provide technical direction and manage QA and testing of digital experiences.
  • Allocate internal resources based on project requirements and availability.
  • Oversee changes to scope, deadlines, and additional costs.
  • Collaborate with third-party contractors and vendors as needed.
  • Use project management applications to plan and allocate resources accurately.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and manage workflow efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital project management (agency experience preferred).
  • Proven experience with web development teams and Agile methodologies.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable managing resources in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable to quick turnarounds.
  • Experience with Trello and MS Teams for efficient team communication and project management.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the development process
