Digital Project Manager

Location: London

Permanent, full time (hybrid working)

Role

The manager will be responsible for the delivery of work-streams within the digital projects/change.

Managers in this team hold key roles on a range of digital projects, primarily under the firm's Digital Transformation programme, collaborating as part of multidisciplinary teams, working with stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities

Work in the team to deliver digital projects making a positive impact on the firm: this will require the application of an analytical mind-set and problem-solving approach to design and develop solutions.

Partner to contribute to a design that meets the needs of the business and identifies and addresses key risks in delivery.

Work within the team as part of the Digital Projects/Change team, proactively share best practice and support peers where expertise or experience allows. Provide support and coaching for junior members of the team.

Qualifications, skills and experience

  • Strong understanding of legal processes and associated technology.
  • Demonstrable experience of contributing to a high performance team at manager level to deliver successful outcomes in a complex stakeholder environment - to encompass but not limited to problem identification and solution design.
  • 5+ years post degree experience in the legal sector, or a professional service environment/advisory; with experience in a comparable role or consulting position highly advantageous.
  • Strategic, solution focused thinker
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to effectively convey their or the team's views to a range of stakeholders, often acting as a point of translation between stakeholders with differing expertise (e.g. IT and Legal technical specialists).
  • Internal candidates should have a good internal network and be well regarded by stakeholders within the firm.
