Responsibilities include market analysis and competitive benchmarking and a good understanding of the relevant remittance receiving countries and payment methods used by our customers. The main objective is to maintain a high level of customer engagement and transactions, improving competitiveness and maintaining a competitive pricing.

Responsibilities
  • Manage pricing of the channel including Digital Partners. Compare the pricing with the competitors when and where required and make necessary adjustments within the company's pricing policy. Provide periodic feedback to the management with recommendations.
  • Produce analytical reports of the portfolio performance, track the declining performance trends, evaluate affecting factors and recommend remedial actions.
  • Be able to use all available research methods to gather information and analyse the Company's competitive advantages or disadvantages, keep up to date with competition offerings in terms of price, exchange rates, promotional offers and so on.
  • Effectively prepare reports and summaries of the findings to share with management and various teams, present information in an easily understandable and constructive way.
  • Analyze and identify opportunities for business growth and propose action plans to management, for e.g. countries with potential to deliver higher numbers.
  • Work together with Product, Revenue and Marketing teams to identify opportunities.
  • Translate Ria Global strategy to specific country level objectives. Work closely with EU Digital team for execution, control and results evaluation.
  • Competitor's monitoring: payment and delivery methods, promotions, partners, UX, app or push notifications, etc.
  • Contribute with Ria UKI's Go to Market strategy/requirements together with local teams and Marketing for corridor initiatives, and support country-specific omnichannel growth initiatives.
  • Customer Funnel and other KPI's Monitoring


Qualifications

  • Problem-Solving Pro: Enjoy a fast-paced environment and are a proactive problem solver with a passion for continuous improvement.
We are looking for someone with:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in sales analytics, business analysis, and pricing within the retail banking or payment industry.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a deep understanding of market opportunities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting skills.
  • Experience with data visualization tools is a plus, with Power BI being a strong example
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a global, fast-paced environment with tight timelines.
  • A go-getter attitude with a goal-oriented and flexible mindset.
  • Ability to travel at least a week per month (25%).
