Contract Personnel are pleased to be recruiting a Digital Sales Advisor for our Norwich based client. This full time role is covering Maternity Leave for a period of up to 12 months. 

The ideal candidate will come from a Customer Service or Telesales background and must be comfortable carrying out the following duties: 

  • dealing with incoming digital sales leads and then engaging with the customer to discuss their specific requirements.
  • provide information about the vehicle and answer any queries before creating a lead/sale on the internal system

You may be required to carry out other duties from time to time (as required by the Sales BDC Team Leader).

Working Days/Times: 

The rota is done four weeks at a time and is as follows:

  • 8am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday for the first 3 weeks, then
  • 10:30am - 7pm Monday to Thursday and 10am - 4pm Sunday

Experience in the automotive sector is not required, however the client is looking for someone willing to learn new skills, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
