Role and Responsibilities: As a Director, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing a team of dedicated professionals.
• Developing and maintaining client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Overseeing the delivery of a broad range of accountancy and tax services.
• Driving business development initiatives and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.
• Contributing to the strategic direction and overall management of the practice.

Qualifications and Experience:

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
• Significant experience in a senior role within an accountancy practice.
• Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
