An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Practice Director / Manager / Lead Consultant to join one of the most respected consultancies within the change management and transformation world (Base £125/130k with OTE c£215k uncapped).

You will preferably have a minimum of ten years consulting experience within change management and transformation with a number of these years leading teams and leveraging client relationships. You will have a focus on creating sales pipelines and hitting targets connected to a successful history of delivering change management projects. You will analyse your clients business and then provide performance improvement solutions to maximise their operational efficiencies. This is the perfect opportunity for a Practice Lead or Manager to join a smaller consultancy to move into a Director role with even the potential of equity shares in the future.

Other benefits: Commission - Car Allowance - Pension - BUPA - Equity Potential - OTE c£215k (this is uncapped)

This role does require a candidate who is happy to travel. Whilst the majority of travel is UK based - there may also be periods of time you are required to be away from home. Also, you do not need to neccessarily be based/live near to my client's head office - but be close enough to be able to attend internal meetings.

It is rare for an opportunity like this to arise - so if you feel this role is for you - please get in touch so we can organise a confidential chat.
