You will drive the origination and support execution of UK and European Non-Life Insurance M&A deals.  

Key responsibilities centre on:

• Execution of on-going deals within the group, e.g. M&A transactions, Financing, Capital Markets etc 
• Collaborating with other seniors you will deliver strategic advice to clients

Requirements:

• A proven background in FIG Investment banking (with a credible investment bank or boutique, prominent corporate or Big M&A team) along with relevant transactional experience
• Non-Life Insurance experience is required and evidence of relevant PE and corporate relationships 
• Strong communications skills: ability to interact confidently with banking professionals and clients
• Team player, willing and able to work with, coach and develop juniors
