What You'll Do:

• Lead International HR Operations: Focus on employee engagement, integrating acquisitions, grievance handling, and workforce planning.
• Global HR Strategy: Lead on the International HR Strategy across the organisation
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a dynamic global team.
• Business Partner:Collaborate with the senior leadership team on all HR matters.

• Multi-country experience with knowledge of UK, France and Germany
• Proven track record of career progression and strong academic background.
