Role Overview
The Director of Internal Communications will lead the evolution and execution of internal communication across Savills to enhance employee engagement, foster a positive corporate culture, and ensure effective information dissemination across the organisation. You will be a motivated corporate communications professional with extensive experience leading B2B / professional services internal communications and employee engagement programmes. This role also includes ultimate ownership of the intranet product, 'Interact,' ensuring it serves as a central hub for communication, collaboration, and sharing engaging content across our global business.
Applicants must hold a Batchelors degree and have a minimum of 5-7 years experience in internal comms.

Team Overview
The Internal comms team comprised of content and tech specialists, who partner the business and operations teams to drive employee engagement across the UK but also working with Savills Global network.
