Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and deliver expert guidance on SAP S/4HANA Cloud capabilities, best practices, and implementation strategies.
• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Cloud solutions, ensuring they align with customer requirements and SAP standards.
• Manage multiple implementation projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and efficient solutions.
• Deliver training to end-users and develop detailed documentation to support system implementations.
• Provide ongoing support and identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in IT, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud ERP implementations, ideally with SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Availability for some travel, though the role is primarily remote in North America.
