A global cost management consultancy are seeking an established Director to lead their public sector, quantity surveying team in London.

The Director's Role

The overall goal is for the Director to grow, lead, and establish the consultancy's public sector quantity surveying team across London and the Southeast.

In terms of the day to day, the Director will be responsible for overseeing the execution of government led and public sector projects. You will also develop and maintain high level relationships with clients, and look for further business opportunities.

The Director

  • MRICS or similar
  • Extensive cost management / quantity surveying experience
  • Public sector / government based project history
  • Previous experience as an Associate Director / Director (quantity surveyor)
  • Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
  • Client facing
  • Good people and management skills
