Dispatch Administrator
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Dispatch Administrator based in Luton for one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis. Our client are a national distributor and wholesaler servicing a mix of small independent and large companies.
Responsibilities of theDispatch Administrator
- Manage admin tasks for outbound and transport services.
- Planning of loading plans.
- Prepare driver paperwork.
- Prepare invoices.
- Make sure vehicles are loaded with the correct stock and in the correct order for multidrop delivery.
Requirements for a successful Dispatch Administrator
- Full driving licence with own transport.
- Proven Administration experience within a warehouse/transport department.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem skills.
- Good working knowledge of the warehouse/transport industry.
Summary of the Dispatch Administrator role
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Location: Luton
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: Sunday - Thursday 10:00pm - 7:00am
