Dispatch Operative

We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Dispatch Team Member to join a small brewery team in Seend, Melksham.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all orders are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner. 

Responsibilities:

• Picking, packing and responding to orders received via phone, email, and website
• Dispatching all orders before 4pm daily
• Providing excellent customer service to new and existing customers
• Processing direct sales to walk-in customers
• Booking couriers online for local and international deliveries
• Reconciling book stocks against counts on a weekly basis
• Maintaining records to ensure availability of packaging supplies
• Restocking shelves and maintaining quality control checks
• Providing coverage for bottling/production duties as needed

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience in dispatch or warehouse operations
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Be able to get to remote location in Seend. This area is not reliably serviced by public transport
