An exclusive independent Opticians based in Kensington, South West London are looking for a full time Dispensing Optician Manager to lead the team

Dispensing Optician Manager- Role

  • Modern, boutique practice

  • Lead a team of 5-6 people
  • Create a professional yet enjoyable working environment
  • Training and developing the team
  • Dealing with complex patient queries
  • Prioritise workloads and rota management
  • Ensure the day to day operations runs smoothly
  • Working 40 hours a week
  • Practice opening times from 9.30am to 6pm (7pm on a Thurs)
  • Salary up to £45,000 DOE

Dispensing Optician Manager - Requirements

  • Fully qualified Dispensing Optician registered with the GOC
  • Management or supervisory experience would be an advantage
  • Interest in fashion and brands
  • Team player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiastic about high quality service
  • Confident to make bold recommendations
