What we are looking for:
- Be well organized and able to run a considerable number of cases
- Be resilient and committed, remaining composed under pressure
- Have excellent communication skills both in writing and verbally
- Have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Have strong IT skills, particularly the use of Excel and Word
- Be self motivated with a strong work ethic
- Uphold the firm’s reputation by providing a first-class service
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and represent clients in contentious probate cases
- Handle property litigation matters related to disputes, boundaries, and ownership
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
- Provide legal advice and guidance on contentious probate and property issues
- Collaborate with legal teams and clients to develop effective case strategies
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting probate and property litigation
