QED Legal are keen to speak with Dispute Resolution Solicitor / Property Litigation Solicitor to join our highly-reputable law firm based in Hertford, Hertfordshire.
The ideal candidate we are seeking is a Litigation Solicitor with 2-4 years of experience in General Litigation or someone with more Property Litigation edge.
Our client is seeking someone with natural drive and passion for contentious and non-contentious property work, and experience in handling a varied workload.
Your caseload would consist of property litigation matters, such as landlord and tenant disputes, breach of lease claims, rent arrears, and service charge disputes, whilst also representing clients, attending hearings, being in & out of court when require, attending mediation's and providing legal advice and guidance to clients.
