Job Title: Qualified Dispute Resolution Solicitor

Location: CheshireSalary: £50-65k (depending on experience)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Working pattern: Hybrid Regional multi-office firm seeks a qualified solicitor within their dispute resolution team dealing with both commercial and civil litigation cases to be based in one of their Cheshire offices.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in handling a variety of disputes, including but not limited to, personal disputes, commercial litigation, professional negligence, and property disputes. You will be expected to manage a diverse caseload, provide expert legal advice, and represent clients in both negotiations and court proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse caseload of dispute resolution matters.
  • Provide strategic and practical legal advice to clients.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
  • Draft and review legal documents related to dispute resolution.
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop case strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal developments and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor in the UK.
  • Minimum of 4 years PQE in dispute resolution.
  • Proven track record in handling a broad range of disputes.
  • Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
  • Strong client management skills and a commitment to client care.
