Role:
As a Dispute Resolution Solicitor, the successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, providing expert legal advice and representation to clients involved in complex commercial and private disputes. Skills & Experience Required:
- Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate
- Proven track record in commercial and private litigation
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong advocacy skills with experience in both trial and appellate levels
- Excellent negotiation skills and commercial acumen
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of client care and service
