We're seeking a dedicated Disrepair Surveyor to join a well known Greater Manchester based Housing Association. This role requires in-depth knowledge of building surveying, disrepair and excellent communication skills.

Description

  • Court Attendance
  • Conducting detailed building surveys and identifying disrepair.
  • Preparing accurate and comprehensive reports on findings.
  • Liaising with contractors to ensure timely and effective repairs.
  • Ensuring all works comply with relevant safety and building regulations.
  • Providing professional advice on property matters.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Assisting in the preparation and management of budgets.
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of strategies.

Profile

A successful Disrepair Surveyor should have:

  • A degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in a similar role and an expert within Disrepair
  • Excellent knowledge of building regulations and safety standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using industry-standard software.
  • A commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Job Offer
