Do you have experience within distribution centres? If so, we have a position on an ongoing temporary contract.

Working hours:

Monday - Friday (8:30am - 4:30pm)

Duties:

  • Collecting prepared orders from Central Stores, loading vehicles, using advanced driving skills
  • Deliver to NELFT sites, following agreed delivery routes/schedules.
  • Unloading stock and ensuring safe receipt by recipients
  • Use a picking sheet to pick stock for orders and put stock in cages for deliveries with appropriate paperwork.
  • Receive goods in and put stock away
  • Complete paperwork as and when required
  • Have a working knowledge of Microsoft software
  • Able to learn new software/applications as required.
  • Communicate effectively with a range of people

Requirements:

  • Essential - full clean driving licence
  • Including driving Large Goods Vehicles (LGV)
