Would you be interested in working for a high-quality professional company that are fast growing?

An exciting opportunity for a proactive and collegiate HR professional with a background and/or passionate to develop within ED&I. This will be working as part of a forward-thinking HR team for an internationally renowned legal services firm.

Working with other Receptionists, your duties will include:

  • Acting as first point of contact for ED&I internal and external queries
  • Working alongside the Head of ED&I & Wellbeing Advise & wider HR team
  • Managing internal committees and stakeholders such as impact & mental health groups
  • Assist with events and awareness campaigns for the ED&I and Wellbeing
  • Managing ED&I and Wellbeing initiatives
  • Managing reports, spreadsheets and MI processes
  • Support in running programmes, wellbeing seminars, events, workshops, and podcasts
  • Support in drafting regular communications regarding ED&I
  • Keep up to date with best practice

Ideal candidates will passion for, and interest in, all areas of ED&I and Wellbeing.

You will be a confident communicator with a positive work ethic and the ability to work under pressure whilst still delivering to the highest standard.
