Divisional Finance Director

SF Executive are partnered on a retained basis with a listed business based in Warwickshire who are seeking a Divisional Finance Director.

The Division Finance Director will report to the Divisional Managing Director and be a key part of the Divisional Senior Management Team. The role will also have a functional reporting line to the Finance Director of the entire business unit. The successful candidate will be a trusted business advisor who will play a vital role in improved business performance.

You will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:

- Overseeing the division's financial strategy, planning, process, risk management, governance and financial reporting integrity
- Providing insightful analysis, objective challenge and decision support on business strategy, investment appraisals, securing projects and project execution
- Acting as custodian over business assets

This role requires an experienced, resilient finance professional who possesses commercial acumen, business intelligence, and vast communication skills to effectively collaborate with your peers, operational leaders and senior stakeholders.
