Uncapped commission with no threshold to start earning from month one.
Basic: £35,000-£45,000 with a leading commission structure offering 40% over £30,000 billed in a quarter. 10% and 20% under £30,000 GP.

Novax Recruitment is a well-established multi-sector specialist. We are looking for a confident and enterprising construction, civil engineering, or manufacturing manager to join our lively team. This is an exciting opportunity for an established manager or senior/principal consultant with the right attitude to come in and take ownership of a division, making a lot of money in a good environment with an unmatched commission structure.

Successful applicants will have a strong will to succeed with experience in one of the following.
* 360 recruitment experience, from winning new business to successfully completing assignments.
* Management experience is preferable but not a necessity. If you're a senior consultant pigeonholed under a manager and you're looking to move up, this could be an opportunity for you
* Success in construction, manufacturing, engineering, or civil engineering
* Excellent market knowledge of your sector.

We are based in a professional new-look office on Altrincham Business Park and enjoy excellent public transport links.

THE ROLE
You will be responsible for establishing the market forecast and new business, utilising our existing data base and new clients.
There is no getting away from it; recruitment is a target-oriented industry, and you will be expected to generate revenue to an agreed divisional monthly target.
You will be given the freedom to influence and own your recruitment processes from end to end.
