Job Title: Divisional Manager (Team Leader) - Block Management

Location: South West London

Salary: £75,000

Role Specification:

They are seeking a skilled Divisional Manager for Block Management to oversee their property management team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing properties within their portfolio, ensuring they are properly maintained, compliant with regulations, and delivering excellent service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Block Property Management team to achieve and exceed performance targets.
  • Collaborate with team heads and colleagues to align efforts with business objectives.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to support their professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as ARMA-Q and maintain high standards of service.
  • Manage client relationships effectively, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Oversee third-party contractors and project management to ensure successful delivery.
  • Take direct accountability for the management of specific properties within the portfolio.

This role reports to the director of block management with responsibility for line management of two Block Management Team Heads and general management of the property management team.

Person Specification:

  • Proven track record of success in property management.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in client management and project coordination.
  • AIRPM / MIRPM Qualified
